• Yes. We do have an option to room share- but only in the Amaroo Palms option. Please be aware that you would share a king size bed with your friend/loved one. Because of the nature of the energies we will be working with, we ask that you know the person you are rooming with so you will feel comfortable if any big feelings come through for you.

  • Puerto Escondido is a town on the Oaxacan coast. Oaxaca is a state in the south of mexico. It is a very safe surf town where people from all over the world enjoy visitng and living here. There is a thriving healing community here and the energy portal is STRONG! IT is an incredible place to get to do this kind of work.

  • Quantum means that it is dealing with energy across time and space. It is what allows us to be able to connect to people and places without being physically with them. With quantum energy- things literally can change in the matter of moments.

When we say “quantum medicine'“ we are referring to two modalities specifically:

The sacred toad medicine called Bufo that comes form the Sonoran Desert (more details will be given in an informational call with you). This medicine is incredibly strong and literally has the power to put you on a new timeline within hours of inhaling it.

The second option is working with the modality called Access Barrs, which is an incredible healing modality that is described as upgrading your brains hardware!

You will have the option to choose one of the two and there is no pressure to choose either one in particular.

We are very responsible facilitators and are committed to created safe containers where people feel heard, seen and supported.

We welcome and and ALL questions about this. We want you to make an informed decision!

  • We know that being in groups and doing this deep work can be overwhelming at times and that even if the activities we are doing seem “small” they all hold a big energy…AND the entire group will be vibrating at a high level. For this reason, we have created a daily schedule that allows you to experience deep spaces, yet also have time to be alone, to journal, to walk, to do whatever it is you need to connect back into your own energy.

Free time is when you will not be expected to be anywhere and not do anything other than just BE you!

  • We are so incredibly lucky to have the literal BEST tour guide in the state of Oaxaca as part of this retreat. Alex of Camp tours is an award winning tour guide that has studied and has a passion for the history, geography, flora and fauna of the region. He will take you around Puerto Escondido so you can get oriented to where you are and then take you to the maical towns of Mazunte and Zipolite to show you a few other towns in the area. He is a great guy who loves to have fun and create experiences for those that go on tours with him. You may see crocodiles, try a local food, see a place where a co-op of women make natural products. He keeps it fresh and reads the group so the exact activities will be a surprise, but you will DEFINITLY have the tour of your life with him!

  • Yes! The boat tours in Puerto Escondido are so great! You will get up in the morning and be driven to the boats where a local with take you out to see all the ocean life here off the coast. At one point, they take you to the place where the dolphins are swimming and you can get in and swim with them. This is a special experience- espeically since dolphins are multi-dimensional beings and bring a very special energy to the water!

  • Integration is used as a way to describe the process after a big experience where you have learned or jumped into new worlds. This could happen after medicine journies- but it can also happen after a breathwork session, a saced conversaton or anything where your point of view shifts. Integration support will help you to integrate your learnings into your daily life and to understand on a deeper level what the experience was that you just had.

It is super important to us that this be an offering for this retreat. You will get to have 1 or 2 post retreat calls with Lauren to work through the details of your time here with this beautiful land and retreat space.

  • You can get to Puerto Escondido in the following ways:

In Plane: Puerto Escondido has an airport that is recently shifting to be an international airport. There are some direct flights from the United states at this point on United Airlines.

Most flights, however, will need to come from Guadalajara or Mexico City. I recommend the airlines Volaris or Viva Aerobus as they are the cheaper options.

AeroMexico also flies into Puerto Escondido, yet it tends to be more expensive.

There are direct flights to the town of Hualtulco and I can help you arrange ground transportation for that, however please know that it is 2 hours away and will add around $100 extra to the flight cost.

The other option is you can fly into Oaxaca city and rent a car or take a bus to Puerto Escondido. Oaxaca city is a very cool place to visit. The trip is around 3 hours in bus or car.
