On March 9th, we will enter the portal of lush tropical mountains and fresh water that nourishes your soul. This 4 day, 3 night retreat is designed to create a space where we can connect back into Mother Earth and the elements, our own divinity and celebration of life!

Lauren of Mood Medicine and Ashel of Esphera are two experienced facilitators of higher dimensional resets. We will walk through the creation process of being born over and over and become comfortable with that velocity of change in order to connect with the idea that we are always welcome to do different and be different than what you have been taught.

We will participate in guided meditations daily and other exercises that will bring them back to themselves.

We will eat delicious fresh local foods.

We will work with earth medicines to open our mind and our imaginations.

We will dance. We will sing. We will draw. We will be.
