While moments of spontaneous contact can feel startling or overwhelming, especially without context, this workshop provides grounded frameworks and direct experience to help you cultivate these capacities with clarity and sovereignty. You’ll learn techniques that reliably open pathways of perception—on your timeline, in a way that honors your nervous system, intuition, and personal boundaries.
