Mood Medicine

Could you write a list of 10 things that put you in a good mood? If you can, that is so great!

Next question: Typically, what do you do when you are in a bad mood? Does it include things like alcohol, junk food, one-night stands? No judgement- I swear! We are a culture of instant gratification.

But, what if you knew how to put yourself in a good mood in an instant and it had nothing to do with stuff that you would regret later?

THAT, my friends is exactly what Mood Medicine aims to demonstrate through very carefully curated retreats and workshops! Each workshop has two or more elements that help you to help yourself.

Important Disclaimer: You may not be able to leverage these tactics imediately. It takes time for things to sink in. Be easy on yourself and breath through it. Give yourself some grace. Afterall, you are only human and each of us are learning every day! Just take what you can now. Understand not everything is for you. Just treat it all as a process of getting to better understand what YOUR special medicine is!

Happy experimenting, dear angels!!
